宮入小左衛門行平 (1957- )　本名 宮入 恵 Miyairi Kozaemon Yukihira

【略歴】 1957年　長野県坂城町生まれ。 1977年　実父である人間国宝の宮入行平師に師事。 1983年　独立。 1996年　師「行平」、曾祖父「小左衛門」、両名工より刀工銘を受け継ぎ、小左衛門行平と改名。 2000年　財団法人日本美術刀剣保存協会の最高峰、無鑑査(むかんさ)の称号を受賞。 2005年　紺綬褒章を受章。 2006年　宮入鍛刀道場伝習館開設 2013年　第8回「お守り刀展覧会」文部科学大臣賞受賞 2019年　「全日本刀匠会」会長就任
Mirairi Kozaemon Yukihira (real name is Miyairi Kei) was born at Sakaki in Nagano prefecture in 1957 as a son of Miyairi Yukihira who was the Living National Treasure. He started to learn making swords from his father in 1977, and succeeded art name of his great-grandfather “Kozaemon” and father “Yukihira” in 1996. He is working as a one of the top of swordsmiths. He took office as the chairman of the All Japan Swordsmith Association in 2019.
